Successful First Boundaries Basics Seminar

We had a great day last Saturday (September 23). It was a small group: six students. I was expecting five, but there was a late registrant the evening before the seminar.  Happily, I had extra copies of the text and the workbook.  Three of the students were a family (father, mother, adult son), one was my sister, and two other women.  A very nice mix. We started a little late, but that was budgeted for.  It was the first time trying out the timing of the sessions and I am pleased to report that we reached our lunch break at an ideal time and ended an hour ahead of schedule.  That leaves room for more discussion in future sessions, so I'm not planning to tweak this at all.
